TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR SUPPORTERS’ TRUST – NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2019
As per the Convening Notice, issued on 11 January 2019, THST will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 26 February at 7pm at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, 1st Floor, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
As we are hoping to upgrade our outdated Trust Rules in line with legislation, we require ONE THIRD of full members to vote at this AGM. Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL that you either attend the meeting in person OR, if you are unable to attend the AGM, that you use your Proxy vote.
To make this even easier for you this year, you can EITHER vote on the proposed resolutions by completing the Proxy/Postal Voting Form opposite OR you can register your Proxy votes online via this survey. OR you can nominate a Proxy to attend and vote at the meeting on your behalf.
So, that's either:
- Attend on the night and vote in person
- Complete the Proxy Form on this page and return to us by post or email by 22 February
- Take the online survey to register your vote
- Appoint another person to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf on the night
We really do urge you to cast your vote for the long term good of the Trust!
An agenda for the AGM can be found opposite.
Paperwork relating to the proposed rule changes can be read on this page.
Candidate manifestos for election to the THST Board are also available on this page.
Please ensure voting forms are returned by 6pm on Friday 22 February either by email to info@THSTOfficial.com or posted to arrive by the same deadline to:
Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust
Box 67 Enterprise House
To clarify, should you be able to attend the Annual General Meeting in person, no action is required ahead of Tuesday 26 February.
Should you be unable to attend but wish to vote, please register your Proxy vote either online or by completing the form on this webpage and returning to THST by 6pm on Friday 22 February.
Please get in touch at info@THSTOfficial.com with any questions on the above.
Many thanks for your continued support.
