The Club acknowledged that some aspects of the ticketing operation hadn't gone as smoothly as planned over the summer. Systems are now being expanded and enhanced to reflect additional volume, and resources have been increased across both ticketing and customer service departments. We hope to see improvements filtering down to the end user - the fans - in the very near future.
The Trust recognised the unique pressures the Club is currently facing and noted improvements being implemented.
Clearly, the most important issue facing all of us is getting into the new stadium. It was agreed that we would conduct more tightly focused meetings on this issue for the next few months in order to ensure the best possible outcome for all. After this, we would discuss again how to resume regular full Board-to-Board meetings.
Fan questions submitted for the full meeting have been given to the Club, and we hope to receive some answers soon.
THST believes we have a responsibility to continue to provide an independent fan perspective when such important decisions are being made, and will work hard to ensure a productive environment in which to do so.
