![]() In response to a number of queries from Trust members, we can confirm that the following pubs have been designated as Tottenham pubs for Sunday's Capital One Cup Final at Wembley. THST is present at the police planning meeting tomorrow (24 Feb) and will publish more useful information after that session, also.
![]() Since the Club announced the cut-off date for renewing Season Tickets (ST's) for the 2015/16 season was to be two weeks earlier than last year, making it almost a month before the end of the current season, we have been trying to persuade the Club to reconsider. THST welcomes this morning’s decision to reject the appeal against a compulsory purchase order (CPO) for Archway Sheet Metal Works Limited granted by Communities Secretary, Eric Pickles, in July 2014.
We understand there is still provision for further appeal, and so will be making no further comment until it is clear whether the appeal process will go ahead. ![]() We've been asked by many fans how the ticket allocation for the League Cup Final was decided. We've asked the Club for a clear explanation. They've given us some answers, and we are publishing the information the Club have given us. THFC has kindly agreed to provide a flag for every Spurs fan at Wembley for the Capital One Cup Final on Sunday 1 March 2015.
A flag will be laid on every one of our 31461 seats and will hopefully look fantastic on the day. But they won't get there by magic. This is where we need your help. We're looking for volunteers who can get to Wembley for 9.00am on Saturday 28 February and put in a few hours graft laying out the flags in our allocated end. Refreshments will be provided. Tickets for the final sadly won't be, just to make that abundantly clear! There is no access to tickets through volunteering. We'd recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for the outdoors and flat shoes. For Health and Safety reasons, we're unable to accept any Under 16's on this occasion. Parking will be available for those who prefer to drive to the stadium and the exact meeting place will be confirmed shortly. We'd love to have you involved in what should be a memorable experience on the eve of the big day. To flag your interest, please email Katrina.Law@THSTOfficial.com with your name and vehicle registration number, if you’re planning on driving. We’ll confirm your place asap. Our initial response, including a welcome for the decision not to increase prices this year, was published on this site last week. We did, however, express our opposition to the Club’s decision to move the renewal date forward to a date two weeks earlier than last year, almost a month before the end of the current season, with four league games remaining in the 2014/15 campaign. |
