Breakdown of Spurs' ticket allocation for the Champions League Final

Ticketing arrangements for the Champions League Final has been a hot topic since Lucas Moura completed his hat trick at Ajax. Each of the competing clubs was to receive just 16,613 tickets of the 63,500 available at the Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid for the showpiece game: roughly 26% per club. The percentage of tickets given to competing clubs has steadily dwindled from over 70% a decade ago to just over 50% last weekend; a trend supporter groups across Europe are determined to see reversed through the continued lobbying of UEFA and tier one sponsors.

THST writes to Spurs to register opposition to plans for a European Super League

THST has today written to the Executive Board of Tottenham Hotspur FC registering our opposition to proposals for a European Super League and setting out some core principles that any changes to the structure of European Football must address.The full letter is reproduced below.

We are pleased to read the subsequent statement issued by the Premier League, unanimously opposing the proposal to reform club competitions from 2024, and welcome the recognition of fans as key stakeholders in their statement.

We will continue to lobby for any changes to reflect the core principles set out below, alongside fellow fan organisations throughout the country and alongside the FSF, who issued their own statement this afternoon.
