We’ve been in discussion with the clubs, police, London Stadium reps and fan reps ahead of our game at West Ham in order to provide advice to our fans travelling to Saturday’s game. We have made the point that information from the hosts should have been provided earlier, but here’s what we know.
THFC has chosen to charge the maximum ticket prices possible for our Champions League Group H game against Real Madrid at Wembley next month.
After four years of a popular and successful accessible cup pricing policy, designed to attract new fans as well as reward long term supporters, this is a disappointing move which compounds a summer of poor ticketing decisions by the Club's Executive Board.
The first three games at Wembley have thrown up quite a few issues around crowd and queue management. We're in regular contact with the Club and we asked for a call with them and Wembley National Stadium Limited (WNSL) to try to resolve these issues. That call took place this afternoon and we wanted to update supporters as soon as possible.
