1. Meetings
Affordable Football for All – 14 August
THST was invited to be part of the fan delegation meeting with the Premier League during the FSF 'Affordable Football for All' demonstration on 14 August.
Ticket pricing formed the main part of the discussions with Richard Scudamore and other senior Premier League and Football League representatives, with an undertaking from the PL to enter into a continuous dialogue with fan groups to address key areas of concern moving forward. The FSF will lead this contact initially.
A write up on the demonstration by Michael Martin of NUST can be read here.
Ticketing meeting – 3 Sept
THST will meet with THFC’s Head of Ticketing and Membership, Ian Murphy, on 3 September to discuss all aspects of ticketing for the coming campaign.
THST also contacted THFC to request the popular £20/ £10/ £5 pricing for the forthcoming Capital One Cup 3rd round tie v Nottingham Forest. Pricing was announced on Friday 29 August at £25 for adults, £10 for OAPs and £5 for U18’s. League Cup pricing is agreed by both the host and visiting clubs and, as a one off match in a knock out competition, it was felt £25 was reasonable.
THST has also been in discussions with THFC regarding the pricing for the UEL group stage games, with an announcement made on 2 Sept. THST is awaiting a further explanation as to the increase from £20 to £25 for Adults for the Besiktas home game on 2 Oct.
2. Policing – West Ham United on 16 August
THST received a number of requests from fans about aspects of the police operation ahead of this game which resulted in some supporters missing the first 15 minutes of the match. We raised the matter with the police and THFC’s Supporter Liaison Officer, and fed the response back to the individuals concerned along with posting a statement on the Trust website. We also raised the issue of clearer communication of transport information with the Club.
We continue to work with the Clubs, police and safety authorities and the FSF to improve communication in this sensitive area, and to increase transparency.
We encourage fans to raise questions and feed back their experiences.
3. StubHub Price Cap
Following a sustained campaign from the Stop StubHub coalition, a price cap has been introduced on the StubHub Official Resale Platform for this season. The limit is set at £200 for sellers. THST released a statement on 22 August in response to the capping, which can be read here.
4. Fan Survey Results
THST recently conducted a Fans Survey to help gauge the mood amongst Trust members and the wider supporter base on certain key issues. The results have been analysed, broken down into 3 short summary reports and can now be read here:

Thank you to all those who took the time to complete the survey. Your input is vital in helping us ascertain direction and priorities over the coming campaign.
5. Surfing Flag V2 Results
The poll for the new Surfing Flag closed on Monday 11 August and the winning design can be viewed here:
Stand measurements have been taken and the flag will be ordered the first week of September. It will hopefully make its debut towards the end of September/ early October.
6. Members Meeting
THST will be holding a Members Meeting on the evening of Weds 8 October at White Hart Lane. A special speaker at this event will be THFC’s Supporter Liaison Officer, Jonathan Waite. More information will be issued w/c 1 September.
7. Credit Union
THST is finalising a partnership with the North London Credit Union to help fans with the cost of Season Tickets. More information will be published in September.
8. Other
Website
THST launched a new website in August, which has significantly simplified the membership registration process. We have seen a spike in new sign ups as a result. To join THST, please follow this link: https://www.thstofficial.com/membership.html
THST is also in the process of moving email service providers to improve our communication with members further.
THFC Programme
THFC kindly provided space for a half page advert in the QPR, Limassol and Liverpool programmes for THST to drive membership and increase awareness of the Trust. Thanks to the Club for this.
Michael Dawson
As a result of countless tweets, messages on facebook and emails, THST has asked THFC whether there will be the possibility of a Testimonial match for Michael Dawson, who left the Club for Hull City on 26 August, after 9 and a half years at Spurs. We await a response.
The Drum
The drum was set for a return to the Lane for the Limassol home match on 28 August but, owing to complications with the sale of Block 35, this was not possible. The drum will now return for the first home Europa League group stage match, located in Block 35.
Charity Football Match – 7 September
THST agreed to help promote a charity football match at Harrow on 7 Sept in aid of Cancer Research and the Rotary Club of Great Britain. More details can be viewed here.
